Dominick Blaylock will soon experience the other half of “Clean Old-Fashioned Hate.” The former Georgia receiver committed to Georgia Tech on Tuesday night, switching sides in the annual rivalry between the two programs.

Blaylock played in all 15 games last year, recording 15 receptions for 227 yards and a touchdown. The Marietta, Georgia native has logged three starts over 31 career games for the Bulldogs, tallying a combined 548 yards and six touchdowns on 35 catches over that span. Blaylock signed with Georgia as the No. 55 overall player and No. 7 receiver in the 2019 class. He has two years of eligibility remaining.

The addition of the Blaylock marks the third time Georgia Tech has poached from Georgia this offseason. The Yellow Jackets landed tight end Brett Seither from the Bulldogs in January and also hired former Georgia assistant Buster Faulkner as its offensive coordinator in December.
