Mario Cristobal added an experienced offensive lineman from the transfer portal when Alabama’s Javion Cohen committed to transfer to Miami Sunday following an official visit with the Hurricanes.

Cohen, the No. 27 ranked player in the Rivals transfer rankings, started 25-games for the Crimson Tide and did not allow a sack, per Pro Football Focus.

Cohen earned SEC All-Freshman Team honors for his performance during the 2020 season.
