The Sooners won out over Baylor and Utah.

Carter gives the Sooners depth at receiver as the fifth portal commit at the position. Last season he starred for the Cowboys, posting 537 yards on 37 catches and scoring three touchdowns.

Carter averaged 14.5 yards per catch.

Venables is hoping Carter can bring that type of production to Norman to help revive what was the worst passing offense in the SEC in 2024, amassing just 2,286 yards and 16 touchdowns.
