Heading into the 2024 campaign, Braun was named a third-team preseason All-SEC selection by Phil Steele. He started all 12 games this season at right guard this season, playing in 835 snaps, and recorded an overall offensive grade of 69.8, according to Pro Football Focus. He also recorded a pass-blocking grade of 82.8 (second-highest on the team) and a run-blocking grade of 67.7.

Braun was named a second-team All-SEC honoree in 2023 by the Associated Press. He started all 12 games in his first season in Fayetteville, with 11 of those coming at right guard and one at left guard. Braun played 790 offensive snaps that year.

In three seasons with the Gators, Braun appeared in 26 games with eight starts.

As a recruit out of Suwannee High School in Florida in 2020, Braun was ranked a four-star offensive tackle prospect.
