Arkansas tight end Luke Hasz announced his intentions to enter the transfer portal on Friday via his social media platforms. Hasz will have two years of eligibility left.

Hasz came out of the gates blazing as a freshman in 2023, racking up 253 yards on 16 receptions and scoring three touchdowns through five games before suffering a broken collarbone.

He was named to the John Mackey Award Watch List to start the 2024 season and posted 324 yards on 26 receptions and four touchdowns for the Razorbacks. That consistency should make him a hot commodity in the transfer portal this offseason.

“Through prayer and conversations with my fiancé, parents and God, I have decided to enter the transfer portal,” Hasz wrote on his social media post. “I cannot thank Coach Pittman and Coach Turner enough. Arkansas will forever hold a place in my heart!”

Hasz signed with Arkansas in 2022 as a four-star prospect after previously being committed to Oklahoma. Alabama, LSU, Texas, Ohio State, Oregon, USC, Florida State and others were also heavily involved with Hasz in high school.
