Few wide receivers possess the speed of sophomore Eric Singleton.

Singleton is transferring from Georgia Tech to Auburn in reshaping the Tigers’ passing attack. His cousin, wide receiver Darvin Adams, played for Auburn.

Singleton didn’t get in the end zone as often as his freshman campaign. The 5-foot-11, 190-pounder caught 56 passes for 754 yards and three touchdowns, plus 21 carries for 131 yards and a score this season. He also added 11 kickoff returns for 241 yards this season.

Singleton broke on to the ACC scene with 48 catches for 714 yards and six scores in 2023.

Singleton was a surprise breakout player as a true freshman coming out of Douglasville (Ga.) Alexander High. The Rivals.com two-star prospect originally committed to Western Kentucky and switched to Georgia Tech on National Signing Day.

Georgia Tech, Auburn, Kansas State, Michigan State, Minnesota, Nebraska, Texas A&M, Utah, West Virginia and Western Kentucky are some of the colleges that offered him out of high school.

Singleton caught 65 passes for 1,115 yards and 15 touchdowns in 10 games his senior year.
