Former Colorado center Cash Cleveland has found his new home in Lubbock, committing to Texas Tech on Thursday. The 6-foot-3, 290-pounder will have three years of eligibility remaining with the Red Raiders.
Cleveland more than exceeded expectations as a walk-on, starting in four of the six games he played in down and allowing just one sack and one quarterback hurry in 315 snaps.
That earned him a grade of a 68.7 grade, including 77.5 in pass blocking, via from Pro Football Focus.
Cleveland should add depth to an offense that ranked No. 1 in the Big 12 in 2024, scoring 37.6 points a game and racking up 462.8 yards of total offense per game.
