Texas A&M has been one of the most active teams since the transfer portal opened almost a week ago and their efforts are paying off. Former five-star Julian Humphrey visited College Station this weekend and ended up committing on Sunday morning.

Humphrey signed with Georgia in the 2022 class and has seen a major uptick in playing time over the past three seasons. This year he started ten games, logging more than 250 coverage snaps and only allowing 14 catches for 238 yards and two touchdowns. Humphrey has been battling for playing time throughout his career in Athens but he has found it difficult at times to get consistent playing time because of the depth of defensive back talent Georgia continues to bring in every year.

Now Humphrey is heading back to his home state. He has two years of eligibility remaining.
