Sam Pittman added depth and experience to his defensive core on Saturday, landing former Troy EDGE Phillip Lee. The 6-foot-4, 240-pounder will have one year of eligibility remaining in Fayetteville.
Lee started 10 of the 12 games for Troy last season, racking up 31 tackles, 11 of which were for loss, a team-high five sacks and a forced fumble.
Now, he joins a defensive frontline that amassed 26 sacks last season.
It’s the second talented defender Pittman reeled in on Saturday. Former Stanford cornerback Julian Neal committed to the Razorbacks earlier in the day.
