After an injury plagued career at Georgia, Branson Robinson has decided to make a fresh start elsewhere entering the transfer portal on Wednesday.
The 5-foot-10, 220-pounder will have two years of eligibility at his next landing place.
Robinson started off with a bang in Athens in 2022, showing signs of stardom with 98 yards on 12 carries in a win over Auburn then gave the Bulldogs a burst in the national title win over TCU scoring two touchdowns.
He finished his true freshman season with 330 yards and three touchdowns in 12 games, but after the stellar season he ruptured his patellar tendon and had to sit out the entire 2023 season.
Robinson missed most of the 2024 season as well after suffering an MCL injury against Mississippi State.
Expect Robinson to be a hot commodity in the portal as teams will likely focus on his potential when healthy.
Robinson committed to Georgia as the No. 39 overall prospect in the Rivals 100 in 2022.
