Wollschlaeger started all 13 games in 2023, and was named third-team All-MAC. He was named first-team All-MAC going into his senior year, and played in 12 games for the Falcons. Pro Football Focus gave the team captain a grade of 76.6 and he earned first-team All-MAC. He played 835 snaps with 773 at right tackle, and allowed two hits on the quarterback.

NC State, Kentucky, Northwestern, Pittsburgh, Virginia, Georgia Tech, Iowa State, Nebraska, Florida State, Arkansas, Wake Forest, Virginia Tech, Kansas State and Florida State have offered.

Wollschlaeger’s recruitment out of high school was completely different.

Wollschlaeger’s lone offer out of Oswego (Ill.) East High came from Bowling Green, and he grabbed it. He gained 50-plus pounds and made his first start in 2021. Wollschlaeger had his breakthrough season as a redshirt sophomore, starting 12 games at right tackle, missing one game with an injury.
