LSU wide receiver Shelton Sampson Jr. is expected to enter the transfer portal. The class of 2023 Rivals250 prospect will have three years of eligibility remaining.
Sampson was used sparingly during his time at LSU. The Louisiana native redshirted his first season with the Tigers and this year he was only targeted six times despite playing in eight games.
LSU was able to sign Sampson despite official visits to Alabama, Texas A&M, and Florida State.
