N.C. State defensive lineman Jy'Keveous "Red" Hibbler will enter the transfer portal after this season. According to PFF, Hibbler, who will use his redshirt for the rest of this season, had seven sacks for the Wolfpack last season but has yet to record one in four games this season.

The news was first reported by ESPN's Pete Thamel.

Hibbler was a three-star junior college defensive end prospect who signed with N.C. State as part of their 2023 recruiting class.

In his first year with the Wolfpack, Hibbler made a name for himself thanks to the consistent pressure he was able to get on opposing quarterbacks. He tallied 18 pressures in 2023 including seven sacks. Hibbler also added three forced fumbles to his stat line for last season.

This season has been a different story for Hibbler. The production has dropped off and he only play ten snaps in N.C. State's last game against Clemson.
