In 2023, Rourke played and started 11 contests, totaling 2,207 yards, 11 touchdowns, and five interceptions on a 66% completion rate. He also added 219 yards and four scores on the ground. This was good enough to earn Second Team All-MAC recognition.

Rourke’s 2022 campaign was the best of his career. Last season, Rourke posted 3,256 yards, 25 touchdowns, and four interceptions through the air, while adding 249 yards and four scores on the ground. Rourke was named MAC Offensive Player of the Year and awarded the Vern Smith Leadership Award (the MAC Player of the Year).

The six-foot-five, 235 pound quarterback comes from Ontario, Canada. His older brother Nathan Rourke, also a quarterback, had a star-studded tenure in the CFL and is now on the Jacksonville Jaguars roster.

Rourke will be a highly-coveted target in the transfer portal.
