Just a day after calling off his visit to Florida State, Ethan Onianwa has pledged his allegiance to Ryan Day and the Ohio State Buckeyes. The 6-foot-6, 345-pound offensive tackle will have one year of eligibility remaining.

Onianwa fought through injuries but managed to started nine games for the Owls this season and started in all but one games over the 2022 and 2023 seasons.

His size and experience on the frontline will be invaluable for an offense that produced 3,369 passing yards and 2,186 rushing yards this season.

Onianwa was ranked No. 24 overall in the Rivals Portal rankings.

There is also a five-day window for players to transfer after their team has finished postseason play. A 10-day transfer window will open on April 16th as well.
