Ohio State second-year offensive lineman Miles Walker has entered the transfer portal, Rivals has learned.

Walker spent two seasons with head coach Ryan Day, offensive line coach Justin Frye and the Buckeyes, but he did not appear in game action.

The 6-foot-5, 317-pound offensive lineman will have at least three years of college eligibility remaining.

Walker was rated as a four-star prospect out of the Brunswick School in Greenwich, Connecticut in the class of 2023.

He ranked as the No. 2 prospect in the state of Connecticut and the No. 31 offensive tackle in the 2023 cycle. Walker received more than 20 scholarship offers throughout his recruitment.

Walker committed to Ohio State in July of 2022. He signed with the Buckeyes in December of 2022 and arrived in Columbus as a midyear enrollee in January of 2023.

The winter college football transfer portal window is scheduled to open on Dec. 9, 2024 for 20 days. Additionally, players have a 30-day window to transfer when their head coach leaves. There is also a five-day window for players to transfer after their team has finished postseason play. A 10-day transfer window will open on April 16 as well.
