Oregon added a big piece to their secondary on Tuesday with the commitment of former Fresno State defensive back Evan Williams.

Williams was a First-Team, All-Mountain West performer during the 2021 season and a Second-Team selection this past season.

During the 2021 campaign, Williams led the Bulldogs with 90 tackles and three interceptions. This past season, he tallied 69 tackles and six tackles for loss.

For his career, Williams recorded 226 tackles, 11 tackles for loss, four interceptions, and 12 pass defended while appearing in 33 games for Fresno State.

Evan is the younger brother of Oregon safety, Bennett Williams, who wrapped his career with the Ducks this past season.
