There could soon be another notable defensive tackle on the transfer market. According to reports, TCU defensive lineman Damonic Williams plans to enter the transfer portal. The 6-foot-2, 320-pound junior has two years of eligibility remaining.

Williams was an honorable mention for the All-Big 12 team last season, recording 33 tackles, including five stops for a loss and three sacks, while starting 12 games. In 2022, the Torrance, California native was an honorable mention for Big 12 Freshman of the Year after he recorded 4.5 tackles for a loss and a sack to go with a forced fumble.

Williams signed with TCU as a three-star recruit in the 2022 class.
