Tennessee wide receiver Nathan Leacock makes the third Vols receiver thus far this cycle to announce his intentions to enter the transfer portal. The redshirt freshman will have three years of eligibility remaining.
Before Leacock, Chas Nimrod and Kaleb Webb decided to depart Knoxville.
Leacock had only caught one pass for 13 yards in his career at Tennessee and played in three games this season.
Leacock arrived at Tennessee as a four-star prospect who checked in at No. 89 overall in the Rivals 100 for 2023.
He picked Tennessee over Michigan, North Carolina State, Florida, Mississippi State, Kentucky and Michigan, among others.
N.C. State could be one to watch with Leacock, his father, Hillary Leacock, was a track athlete for the Wolfpack in the 1990s.

The winter college football transfer portal window is scheduled to open on December 9th, 2024 for 20 days. Additionally, players have a 30-day window to transfer when their head coach leaves. There is also a five-day window for players to transfer after their team has finished postseason play. A 10-day transfer window will open on April 16th as well.
