Texas A&M is losing another five-star talent to the transfer portal as starting center Bryce Foster entered his name in the transfer portal Wednesday. Foster, a redshirt junior, will have two years of eligibility remaining at his next school.
Last season, Foster started 12 games, earning a 66.9 pass-blocking grade and a 56.2 run-blocking mark from Pro Football Focus. The 6-foot-5, 330-pound lineman has started in all 28 of his appearances for the Aggies over the past three seasons. His 2022 campaign was cut short at four games due to a season-ending ACL injury.
Foster, a Katy Texas native, signed with Texas A&M as the the No. 15 overall player and No. 2 guard in the 2021 class.
Foster is the fifth former five-star recruit to transfer from Texas A&M this offseaosn, joining defensive linemen Walter Nolen and LT Overton as well as wide receiver Evan Stewart and defensive back Jacoby Matthews.
