Former four-star prospect Kam Dewberry is officially on the move and entering the transfer portal after three seasons in College Station.
“After much though, reflection and prayer, I have made the difficult decision to enter the transfer portal,” Dewberry wrote via social media. “The honor of being part of the Fighting Texas Aggies will always remain with me, and I truly appreciate everything.”
Dewberry appeared in seven games as a freshman, including five starts. He’s played in every game over the last two seasons for the Aggies at both guard positions. That versatility is sure to make him a commodity in the portal.
Dewberry was ranked No. 56 overall in 2022, picking the Aggies over Alabama, Arizona State, Arkansas and Auburn, among others.
