The third major weekend of the college football season is over and dozens of players who have transferred at least once in their college career made a huge impact on the field. Here are the transfer standouts from Week 3.

QUARTERBACK: Dillon Gabriel
In a game that means a lot in the Pacific Northwest, Gabriel led the Ducks to a convincing win over longtime rival Oregon State. Gabriel’s efficiency this season has been awfully impressive. The former UCF and Oklahoma quarterback has completed more than 80-percent of his passes in each of his three games so far this season, giving him a completion percentage of 83.2 on the season. Gabriel’s average depth of target is under six yards on the season, which isn’t great, but he’s already amassed 911 passing yards and six touchdowns through the air.

RUNNING BACK: Raheim Sanders
In a game against LSU that South Carolina would have won if it hadn’t been for some questionable officiating, Sanders turned in a noteworthy performance. Of his 143 rushing yards on Saturday, 66 of them came on a fourth quarter touchdown run that gave the Gamecocks the lead. That was just one of his two touchdowns in the game, the other coming on a ten yard run in the second quarter. If South Carolina quarterback LaNorris Sellers is going to miss time due to injury, expect Sanders to carry a lot of the offensive load going forward.

RECEIVER/TIGHT END: Omari Kelly
Middle Tennessee State wasn’t very competitive in its game against Western Kentucky on Saturday but Kelly was still able to turn in the best performance of his career. The Auburn transfer finished the game with 14 catches for 285 yards and three touchdowns, one of which was from 71 yards out. Kelly accounted for more than half of MTSU’s total offense and all three of their touchdowns on Saturday.

OFFENSIVE LINE: Caleb Krings
A Duke-UConn game on the basketball court would draw a lot more attention than the football game did on Saturday. The Blue Devils did get a hard-fought win and remain undefeated so far this season. Duke only gave up one sack in the game but it wasn’t the fault of Krings. The Elon transfer started the game, played 73 snaps, and, for the second week in a row, didn’t allow one pressure.

DEFENSIVE LINE: Jared Ivey
Ole Miss picked up the win over Wake Forest this weekend in relatively easy fashion. Defensively, Ivey had his best game of the season. He finished with three sacks and two quarterback hurries according to PFF. This is Ivey’s third season at Ole Miss after signing with Georgia Tech as part of its 2020 class.

LINEBACKER: Bradyn Swinson
Swinson didn’t rack up a ton of tackles in LSU’s game at South Carolina but he lived in the backfield. PFF credited the former Oregon Duck with three sacks, three hits on the quarterback, and one quarterback hurry - a total of seven pressures. Swinson also forced a fumble in the game.

DEFENSIVE BACK: Cam Lockridge
Fresno State shutout New Mexico State on Saturday night. The Aggies had to throw a lot to try to get back in the game but they probably shouldn’t have thrown in Lockridge’s direction as much as they did. In his third season with the Bulldogs after starting his career at Hawaii, Lockridge finished the game with two interceptions and only allowed two catches for 11 yards. He also finished the game with five tackles.
