Transfer Tracker: Arkansas adds LSU DB

The transfer portal never stops grinding. While Arkansas was a finalist for Dwight McGlothern during his high school recruiting process, they eventually lost out to LSU. However, when he recently entered the portal, the Razorbacks quickly made him a priority and earned his commitment on Sunday.
Recruiting: McGlothern trimmed his list of top schools down to LSU, Oregon, USC, Virginia Tech and Arkansas before committing to the Tigers during the All-American Bowl. LSU was also the first school to offer McGlothern.
At LSU: After seeing minimal playing time as a true freshman, McGlothern began to flourish in 2021 with 32 tackles, two tackles for a loss, one interception, one forced fumble and five pass breakups.
Farrell’s Take: He's just starting to hit his stride so he will be a welcome addition at Arkansas and will fight for early playing time immediately. He brings size to the table and he's a solid tackler but he's really improved on his ability to play the ball in the air as well and has experience in the SEC West from this past season.
