Ole Miss scores commitment from OK State transfer WR De’Zhaun Stribling

Ole Miss scored a big commitment from the transfer portal on Tuesday, picking up former Oklahoma State receiver De’Zhaun Stribling. The 6-foot-2, 200-pounder visited the Rebels this weekend and will have one year of eligibility remaining.

Stribling was stellar this season, posting 882 receiving yards on 52 catches and six touchdowns. The previous two seasons he was consistent, racking more than 1,000 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns.

Stribling originally signed with Washington State out of high school and spent one season in Pullman.

Stribling could be a key component for an offense that led the SEC in passing yards this season, amassing 4,123 yards and 26 touchdowns this season.

The winter college football transfer portal window is scheduled to open on December 9th, 2024 for 20 days. Additionally, players have a 30-day window to transfer when their head coach leaves. There is also a five-day window for players to transfer after their team has finished postseason play. A 10-day transfer window will open on April 16th as well.
