1. Chance Nolan, Oregon State
In terms of productivity on the Power Five level, Nolan is the best available quarterback that is still on the market. During his three years with the Beavers, Nolan started 20 games while throwing for 4,153 yards and 32 touchdowns against 20 interceptions.
After earning the starting job during the 2021 season, Nolan's 2022 season was cut short five games in after suffering a neck injury against Utah that ultimately put him in concussion protocol the rest of the season.
There is plenty of Power Five interest in Nolan and with him being a summer enrollee, there is ample time to make a calculated decision on his next destination.

2. Michael Alaimo, Purdue
Alaimo appeared in four total games throughout his three years at Purdue. That included three appearances this past season for the Boilermakers. The redshirt sophomore passed for 74 yards with one touchdown and one interception while rushing for 25 yards on eight carries during his time in West Lafayette.
Rated a 5.7, three-star out of high school, Alaimo signed with Purdue over the likes of West Virginia, Michigan State, North Carolina and Cincinnati.
While things didn't work out at Purdue, Alaimo could potentially recharge his career at a solid Group of Five program.

3. Luther Richesson, Cincinnati
Richesson was a late riser during his senior season of high school after putting up crazy stats that included 2,422 passing yards (82.9 completion percentage) with 34 touchdowns against just one interception. He ultimately chose to sign with Cincinnati over other offers from Michigan State, Vanderbilt, Appalachian State and Central Michigan.
However, the former three-star prospect hit the transfer portal before the 2022 season began and still hasn't found a home.
Richesson's former high school head coach, Trent Dilfer, is now in charge at UAB which could potentially be a perfect landing spot for the talented, yet unproven signal-caller.
