Oklahoma wide receiver Nic Anderson has decided to enter the transfer portal, he tells Rivals analyst Adam Friedman.
Anderson will be a hot commodity on the market with three years of eligibility remaining.
The 6-foot-4 speedster had a promising redshirt freshman campaign in 2023, racking up 798 yards on 38 receptions and 10 touchdowns.
This season a nagging hip injury halted what seemed set to be a breakout year for Anderson.
Anderson signed with the Sooners in 2021 as a three-star receiver. Originally, he committed to Oregon but flipped to the Sooners where his brother, Rodney, played from 2014-18.
Notre Dame was also heavily involved with Anderson throughout his recruitment.
Expect a who's who of college football heavyweights to circle.
